Dr. Vrinda Mohunta is a Board Certified prosthodontist, graduated from the Advanced Prosthodontic Education program at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry in 2015. Prosthodontics is the field of Dentistry that deals with cosmetic treatment of various types including veneers, crowns, bridges and Implants. It also includes treatment with fixed, removable dentures and partials using implants.
Born and raised in India, she graduated from Dental School in in 2009. She completed a one-year clinical fellowship in the Government Dental College in Mumbai and subsequently the International Preceptorship Training Program in Restorative Dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry, California. Dr. Mohunta holds membership in the American College of Prosthodontics, the Academy of Oseeointegration and the Carl O. Boucher Prosthodontic Conference.
She has been a speaker at various conferences. She was awarded second prize for her Table clinic presentation at the American College of Prosthodontics in 2013. Dr. Mohunta has published articles in the September 2014 Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and Journal of Oral and Maxillo-facial Implantology in 2017.

Upper denture was poorly fitting and the missing lower teeth prevented him from being able to chew or bite comfortably.
